Tip# 1 Eye Contact

This is one of the most important tools in your arsenal. It can be very intimidating to us as well. Have you ever looked around and met eyes with a woman then turned away because the stare became uncomfortable.

I don't know about you but when faced with this situation I used to get a nervous feeling in the pit of my stomach to the point of nausea. My learning to work through that fear has become an invaluable tool in my many conquests with women.

The silent communication involved when looking a woman in the eyes often speaks louder than verbal conversation itself. It states, "I definitely like what I see! I'm interested in you and I'm not afraid to move forward."

Just imagine the possibilities of having this type of statement communicated before you even open your mouth. Though this may be difficult for some do it!

Trust me, the more practice you get the easier it will become and the benefits will amaze you. Here's how. One important step to becoming a master at this exercise is to initiate the stare. Even if she's looking in another direction focus on her until she turns her head and sees you. When her eyes meet yours she more that likely will turn or look away. Don't stop! Focus on her as though you were willing her to turn around and look again. When she does (and the majority of the time she will) smile.

Maintain eye contact for an extended period of time even if it feels uncomfortable to do. (When it feels the most uncomfortable that's when you're more than likely making a breakthrough) Don't take your eyes off of her until she looks away. As difficult as this may be for some, work through your fear.
